Our training team focus on building geospatial user skills, and making training effective and enjoyable for all those who attend. Geospatial Intelligence can tailor a training package to cover a range of software choices.  Our professional team have experience in delivering training and assessments using a range of methods including instructor-led (in-house or facilitated), webinars, online and have designed internationally relevant training packages for export.

Training programs

GI provides training in a number of delivery formats across a range of topics. The module-based training system offers a client the flexibility to ‘mix and match’ training modules to suit their requirement. The training programs offered include Remote Sensing, Imagery Analysis, Motion Imagery, Managing a geospatial capability, Collection Management, Information Management, Support to Missions, and ISR Concepts and Management.

Training delivery

GI training programs can be delivered in a way that suits the customer. The following delivery methods are offered for all courses:

  • Facility course training, either at a training facility used by GI or, in some cases, at a training facility within the client’s establishment.
  • On-line training through a share portal.
  • Just-in-time mobile training for students who need some basic training. GI can send an instructor to the trainee’s place of work.
